IN A NUTSHELL
Commonspace Jefferson is 21 individual apartments split between 2 floors. Residents have access to shared spaces on both floors for a balance of private living space, common areas, and shared services. With all living spaces located along the perimeter, each tenant is guaranteed a window and an abundance of natural light.
Common spaces are appointed with many comfortable seating areas to accommodate spontaneous discussions and casual gatherings. The goal is to create a neighborhood.
Each unit has a slightly unique layout and size. But, all units include the same basic amenities.
AMENITIES
Fully furnished, with a flat-screen television, lounge furniture, built-in bed, storage, fold-down writing desk, and a fully tiled modern bathroom
Each unit has a private bathroom, and kitchenette including 2-burner cooktop, sink, & mid-sized refrigerator.
